Plain-English summary: BounceDesk is booking software for party-rental businesses. Use it lawfully, you own your data, subscriptions renew until cancelled, and the service is provided “as is.” The full terms below control.

1. Who we are

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through our payment processor.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or request deletion of your data by contacting us.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will prevent every scheduling conflict. You are responsible for verifying your bookings.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We’ll make reasonable efforts to let you export your data before termination.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law
