Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops all future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.

After the first 14 days

Outside the 14-day window, payments for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, but cancelling ensures you won’t be charged again. If something went wrong on our end, reach out — we’ll make it right.

Annual plans

Annual plans are also covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of the annual charge.

How to request a refund

Email support@bouncedesk.net from the address on your account. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
