If you’re not satisfied with BounceDesk, contact us within 14 days of your first paid charge and we’ll refund that payment in full — no hassle.
You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops all future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.
Outside the 14-day window, payments for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, but cancelling ensures you won’t be charged again. If something went wrong on our end, reach out — we’ll make it right.
Annual plans are also covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of the annual charge.
